To be eligible for the First 1,000 Pre-Order Launch Offer, please review the following requirements and cut-off dates.

Eligibility Requirements

• Orders must be entered into the Zeekr Sales Assistant system to qualify for the pre-order offer.
• Orders must be linked to a CRM lead/customer.
• If a customer has not yet decided on the grade/variant or colour, please enter the order as a draft in the Zeekr
system. This will secure their place in the queue while details are finalised.
• Draft orders can be updated to confirm orders once the customer makes their final selection.

This process will help ensure fair allocation and guarantee that all eligible customers are included in the First 1,000 offer.

Launch Offer – Phase 1

First 1,000 Pre-Order Inclusions:

Dates Cut-Off:

• Retail Customers: Orders must be linked to a CRM lead created before midnight, Sunday 17 August.
• Dealer Administration Period: Dealers may finalise and load pre-orders into the Zeekr Sales Assistant system until
midnight, Friday 22 August (CRM lead must still be dated on or before 17 August midnight).

Cut-Off Dates:

• Retail Customers: Retail orders must be entered into the Zeekr Sales assistant CRM between 18th August and the
31st of September.

Western Australia Exception

Due to an unforeseen delay in the arrival of the Zeekr 7X for WA, members of the public from Western Australia will have an
extended opportunity to view the vehicle at the Zeekr Vic Park City dealership. They will still be eligible for the original Phase
1 pre-order benefits if they place their order by 31 August.

For a state that doesn't have a dealership, who will  manage the servicing?	Any approved ZEEKR Dealer can carry out warranty work, and a licensed workshop can service vehicles
Will there be at least one vehicle in each colour/interior  combination in showrooms for customers to view (or  swatches if vehicles aren’t available)?	Dealers will have a full range of the 7X in October
Will dealer delivery fees be waived for early orders, as has  been suggested?	No it is part of the delivery process
Can Zeekr clarify on-road cost calculations for all  states/territories?	WIP - website being updated to provide national pricing  within a week
hat is the official deposit amount required for pre-orders, as we have observed that this varies between  dealerships?	Specific to dealer individually
When is the 1st Batch of Production order of 7X vehicles? arriving.	Boat ETA is the end of September / October to the Ports.  Hopeful for  delivery to dealer early October
